*2. Study and Work Experience Resume

The start and end time of each education experience must be uninterrupted, and education level should start from senior high school. Please click here to download Study Experience Resume template. Applicants are required to provide a full and accurate account of their prior educational experiences in China.

*3. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form

The medical examinations must cover all the items listed and should be conducted after October, 2025.

4. Applicants for art or architectural majors are requested to submit E-works Collection and Video Presentation

*6. Photocopy of passport within the validity period after September 1st, 2026.

A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant

*8. Scan of notarized copy of the academic transcripts

Applicants who will not graduate before the application deadline must provide their current academic transcript. In this case, the completed academic transcripts must be submitted before registration.

*9. Scan Copy of highest diploma

Scan of pre-graduation certificate is required if the applicants have not gained degree certificate before the application deadline, please resubmit the notarized copy of highest diploma before registration.

*10. Two Recommendation Letters in English or Chinese from two professors or associate professors.

It should be valid within six months prior to the application date. (Fresh graduates are required to submit a certificate that shows the applicant's good record of conduct and performance in their university).

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
