If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. Passport-sized photo

A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

*2. Scan Copy of highest diploma

Scan of pre-graduation certificate is required if the applicants have not gained degree certificate before the application deadline, please resubmit the notarized copy of highest diploma before registration.

*3. Scan of notarized copy of the academic transcripts

Applicants who will not graduate before the application deadline must provide their current academic transcript. In this case, the completed academic transcripts must be submitted before registration.

*4. English proficiency certificate

*5. Applicants must submit scan of Certificate of Non-Criminal Records.

It should be valid within six months prior to the application date. (Fresh graduates are required to submit a certificate that shows the applicant's good record of conduct and performance in their university).

*6. Two Recommendation Letters in English or Chinese from two professors or associate professors.

*7. Research Proposal

1000 words at least with the signature of TJU professor, in Chinese or English.

*8. Photocopy of passport within the validity period after September 1st, 2026.

*9. Study Experience Resume

The start and end time of each education experience must be uninterrupted, and education level should start from senior middle school.

*10. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form

The medical examinations must cover all the items listed and should be conducted after October, 2021.

*15. Digital Signature

Please sign your name on a white paper, and send us a scan copy of it; We will only use it to help you digitally sign some related documents during the application process.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
